SOUMEN SARKAR
Managing Director / Chief Operations Officer

Soumen is one of the founder directors of Inuva and brings over 15 years of Operations, Marketing and Strategic Management expertise to the company. He started his career in Sales, marketing and brand building holding strategic positions in companies such as HCL Reprographics and Montage Communications. Subsequently Soumen spent five years in the UK as senior executive of a technical publications company called Holborn Publications Ltd. He returned back to India in 1997 as the Chief of their South Asia operations responsible for the business development and outsourcing interests of the company in the region.

In March 2000 Soumen was appointed the CEO of Bayview Technology Systems a captive BPO unit of Bayview Financial Trading Group, a leading US investment bank. He helped set-up Bayview’s India operations from scratch in a matter of 3 months.

In 2002 Soumen along with Souren and Dina founded Inuva Info Management. He is instrumental in establishing Inuva’s delivery capabilities from its inception and in chalking out its ongoing expansion plans for the future.

SOUREN SARKAR
President / Chief Information Officer

Souren is one of the founder Directors of Inuva and brings more than 8 years of experience in the US mortgage banking field to Inuva. He has served in various technology and operations functions for US mortgage banks and outsourcing companies. Most recently Souren acted as the Chief Technology Officer for MSRCentral a Mortgage Servicing Rights (MSR) Trading portal targeted towards broker dealers and secondary mortgage bankers. Before that he was the Vice President of Information Technology for BayView Portfolio Services in Santa Ana, California, where he was responsible for information technology planning and management of portfolio service functions such as mortgage assignment preparation, underwriting, ARM audit and document recovery services. Souren holds an MBA from University of Miami, Florida. He is also a Florida certified Real Estate Salesperson.

Souren acts as the US Division Head of Inuva overseeing all new business development activities, client relations and technology functions.

SUSHANT SAHA
Chief Technology Officer

Sushant brings over 12 years of experience to Inuva, 5 years of which was in the UK. Sushant has real world enterprise in project management and custom developments of ERP systems and system administration tasks. As CTO Sushant is responsible for Inuva's technology needs and he also heads the software development division of Inuva (Inuva Soft).

He has designed and implemented various complex projects and solutions for a host of industry verticals with a particular focus on the banking, financial and hospitality sectors. He is currently responsible for architecting a number of solutions focused to the US mortgage banking industry including the industry’s first fully online Java based LOS ( Loan Origination) and BPO ( Broker Price Option) system.

BOB SULLIVAN
Senior Advisor

Mr. Sullivan brings over 20 years of mortgage banking experience to the Inuva team. He has held executive positions at industry leading firms including RealEC Technologies, the leading provider of electronic partner connectivity in the mortgage industry. Prior to joining RealEC, Sullivan developed and managed the OneFee Services division for ABN AMRO Mortgage Group. At OneFee he championed and successfully implemented the deployment of the OneFee Vendor Services group, utilizing the RealEC Technology platform, which powered the fulfillment of services for the company's OneFee Mortgage concept. This division serviced components of ABN AMRO including InterFirst Wholesale Mortgage Lending, ABN AMRO Mortgage (formerly LaSalle Home Mortgage) and the ABN AMRO National Lending Center.

Prior to joining ABN AMRO, Mr. Sullivan was President and CEO of OpenClose Technologies, a leading developer of software for the mortgage industry. Mr. Sullivan's solid leadership and experience in both the technology and mortgage sectors allowed OpenClose to develop and implement software products that are currently being utilized throughout the industry. He brings essential industry depth and perspective to our business processing efforts and remains a key member of the Inuva team.

DINA DUTTA SARKAR
Director/Human Resource Evangelist

Dina is one of the founder Directors of the company and is involved in staff motivation and staff mood management. She spearheads all cultural and social activities in Inuva and is the honorary editor of Life @ Inuva our in-house magazine. She passionately promotes Inuva’s social and community action initiatives and heads Urban Village an organization involved in the promotion and marketing of hand made and eco-friendly products produced by rural artisans of Bengal.

PETER HENRY
UK Consultant

Peter is in charge of Inuva’s UK operations. A leading solicitor and a member of the FSA, he has many years of experience in the banking and financial services sector as a consultant.

SOURAV SEN
Senior Vice President-Strategic Business Development

Sourav is dynamic business development professional with an engineering background and more than ten years of rich industry experience. He was heading one of the largest trading firms in Construction Solutions located in the Middle East. Prior to that he was employed with Tata Steel as Chief Sales Manager in Flat and Long Product business and went on to become the Head of International Trading at Tata Power Trading, being responsible for expanding the business turnover and developing new markets.

During his stint with Tata Steel he has also completed a fully sponsored Management Development Program at INSEAD, France. He has also attended other courses like Advanced Industrial Marketing Strategy, at Insead, France; Information Analyses and Competitive Advantage, Tata Management Development Center, India; Management Development - Xavier Labour & Relationship Institute (XLRI), India.

His other interests include Golf, Scuba Diving, Travelling, Movies and Music. He is also a member of the Indian golf Union.

FAIZI ABDUL QADIR SHAHIDI
Vice President - Client Servicing (Transition Head)

Faizi has been a part of INUVA from the start of the company. Prior to working in this organization he worked in the sales and marketing industry for two years and was attached with a mortgage BPO Bayview Technology Systems for two years. He is a Double Graduate in Science and Arts and also has done computers.

He is in charge of the entire client servicing and transitioning of the project. With him he carries five years of working experience in the US Mortgage Banking Industry.

His interest includes Driving and Bowling for which he has won several races and tournament representing Inuva. His other interests are Music and out door games.

KUMUD MISHRA
Manager - Quality Control

Kumud brings over 11 years of IT experience to Inuva. In his career with IT industry he has executed successfully various strategic roles in software development life cycle i.e., Software Support, Project Implementation, Business Analysis, Software Testing and Software Quality Management.

He has worked for both domestic and international projects on Bespoke Applications, ERP Implementation, Product Engineering and Outsource processes.

A certified Internal Auditor for QMS (ISO 9001:2000) and having expertise in quality management, gap analysis, implementation and continual improvement of the QMS. He has orientation in CMM, PCMM and Six Sigma quality models.

As a Senior Manager (Training and Quality Assurance) Kumud is responsible for Inuva's Quality Management implementation, Internal/ External Audits, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Measurement/ Metrication and compliance.
