aspects of creation of the
title policy and the closing
process.
Mortgage
servicing is a multi faceted
and complicated process with
stringent compliance requirements.
ISMB has developed curriculum
for every aspect of back-office
mortgage loan servicing, including
payment processing, lien releases,
investor accounting, customer
relationship management, default
management, marketing, escrow
analysis, collections and
loss mitigation and REO.
ISMB has a mandate to provide
and upgrade the required processing
skill sets to fulfill the
requirement of our demanding
clients
ISMB develops
high quality course materials,
training classes and testing
materials focused on the global
mortgage banking field. The
school maintains a library
of mortgage banking books;
custom training materials
and a training room equipped
with overhead projection and
video conferencing facilities.
Our mortgage specialists’
use cutting edge video/ teleconferencing
and web collaboration tools
to regularly impart training
classes to our processors.
The school
works in close association
with the Service Development
team to produce documentation
and road maps for areas where
Inuva plans to offer services
in future.
New employees
joining Inuva are put through
an intensive 60 day course
at ISMB introducing them to
Inuva’s corporate philosophy,
American language and culture
fundamentals, the mortgage
banking industry
and specific mortgage functions.
Regular testing and domain
knowledge reviews are used
to groom future Quality Control
Supervisors and Team Leaders
from the workforce. Compensation
policies are tied to the performance
of staff in these ongoing
proficiency milestones. This
unique testing program helps
us to constantly map
and upgrade the skills inventory
of the company.
Employees
with work quality issues are
required to attend mandatory
corrective coaching sessions
at ISMB to mitigate their
specific problem areas. Only
those who are able to complete
these corrective sessions
satisfactorily are reintroduced
to the production floor.
